章子怡刚刚获得金马奖最佳女主角称号
在北美的博讯新闻网就去年5月发表的声称中国著名电影演员章子怡涉及性交易行为的报道做出道歉，形容有关消息来自“无法支持报道信息的匿名消息来源”。
人们注意到，博讯新闻网是在美国联邦法院即将就章子怡控告博讯新闻网诽谤的案件做出判决前夕发表上述道歉声明的。
虽然博讯新闻网有关章子怡的报道当时是用中文发表的，但目前发表的道歉声明只以英文出现在其英文网页上（见附件），而没有中文版本。
去年5月28日，博讯新闻网报道了章子怡涉嫌与高官、富商存在不正当性交易并被中共当局禁止出境的消息。
博讯新闻网的消息称，章子怡在11年间靠“陪睡”高官至少赚进7亿元人民币，其性交易对象包括中共前重庆市委书记薄熙来。
随后，在香港的《苹果日报》和《壹周刊》转载了博讯新闻网的有关报道。
去年6月，章子怡分别在美国和香港对博讯新闻网以及《苹果日报》和《壹周刊》提出法律诉讼。
今年11月29日，章子怡在香港民事控告《苹果日报》和《壹周刊》胜诉，其代理律师要求法庭评估章子怡应得的赔偿。
“无保留的道歉”
博讯新闻网在美国联邦方法院即将作出裁决前用英文发表的道歉声明说，博讯新闻网从2012年5月起发表了一系列有关中国电影演员章子怡的负面不实报道，包括她和富商及官员陪睡换取金钱的报道。
“这些有关章子怡的假消息从来就不应该发表，博讯现在对张子怡做出无保留的道歉，从博讯新闻网上撤除这些报道，并且发表这份正式的收回声明。”
博讯的声明还说，有关章子怡的报道是以匿名消息来源提供的信息为依据的，而消息来源无法支持有关的信息。
“博讯新闻网也没有在发表上述报道之前与章子怡取得联系，以便让她做出反应，就有关指称提出抗辩。”
博讯新闻网的声明最后表示，为自己给章子怡的声誉和事业带来的损害做出真诚的道歉。
观察人士表示，博讯新闻网发表的最新道歉声明标志着自己立场的重大转变。
这家新闻网站曾在去年6月章子怡最初在美国法庭提出起诉时做出回应说，关于章子怡的报道没有使用侮辱性语言，只是发表了其相信是真实的信息，而这些信息来自受美国宪法第一修正案及相关案例法保护的匿名消息来源。
博讯新闻网当时坚持表示，他们有责任为信息来源保密，不会透露消息来源，不会删除有关文章，不会道歉，不会做出赔偿。

In a series of articles published beginning in May2012, Boxun News reported negative and untrue information about Chinese movie star Zhang Ziyi, including that she slept with wealthy and powerful men for presents and money. These false reports about Zhang Ziyi should never have been published. As a result, Boxun News now renders its unreserved apology to Zhang Ziyi, has removed the entire series of articles about Zhang Ziyi from the Boxun News website, and issues this formal retraction. Boxun News regrets the publication of these articles and any distress Zhang Ziyi may have suffered as a result of the articles.
The Boxun News reports about Zhang Ziyi were based on information provided to Boxun News by anonymous sources, who cannot support the information reported. Boxun News also failed to contact Zhang Ziyi before publishing the reports in order to enable her to respond to and refute the allegations. Boxun News now acknowledges that its reports were insupportable and improper, and that Zhang Ziyi has never been questioned in connection with any investigation related to the allegations set forth in the Boxun articles. Boxun News emphatically disavows any news reports to the effect that there is no basis to correct or retract the Boxun articles in question, or that any allegation regarding Zhang Ziyi set forth in those articles is true.
