各位为人权及自由奋斗的人们：

    香港南方民主同盟主席龙纬汶及一众执委对于日前，中共政府以武力镇压藏人在拉萨示威，导致超过一百名藏人死亡，付予严厉谴责。
   
    对于为理想而将生命豁然奉献的无名英雄，我们付上最高的敬意，愿他们的灵魂
    早登极乐。
   
    我们认为，暴力不能解决问题，我们要求中共政府立刻与达赖喇嘛展开和平谈判，容许达赖喇嘛回西藏，及给予西藏人民真正的自治。
   
    长远来说，还请中共政府，放弃共产主义，开放各级选举，让神洲百姓得到解脱，重回安乐。

    Condemn the Chinese Communist Government in suppressing the demonstration in Tibet

    Dear friends who are fighting for human rights and liberty,
   
    James Lung Wai Man, the chairman of the Southern Democratic Alliance (SDA) and its executive members condemn the Chinese Communist Government in suppressing the demonstration in Tibet with violence. More than 100 people have been killed in the suppression.
   
    We honor those nameless heroes in our hearts and hope that their souls can be in forever peace with Dalai Lama.
   
    Violence cannot solve the problems. We urge the Chinese Communist Government to organize peaceful meeting with Dalai Lama at once, let him come back to Tibet and give people in Tibet true liberty.
