对 话
Julie:How‘s your speech preparation going?
Bryan:Pretty good. I‘m almost finished writing it.
Julie:What‘s it about?
Bryan:It‘s about how the principal of the school plays video games all day in his office.
Julie:Bryan, one‘s private life is supposed to be a sacred cow. No one gives a speech about that!
Bryan:Yeah, well, I couldnt think of anything else to talk about.
Julie:Well, you‘ll have lots of time to think after you get expelled from school.

★A Sacred Cow
Punctuality is her sacred cow. Kelly doesn急 like her staff being late for work.(守时对她来说十分重要。 |
