美国总统川普再在其社交媒体Twitter帐户留言，说：“如果联储局肯减息，美国股市将成为其中一个很长期大幅度上涨的股市。那些经营糟糕及弱势的公司，耍聪明将管理不善归咎于小小的关税.....他们能怪责谁？那只是借口！”
