从官网截图中可见，基辅社会学国际研究所的主要客户包括德国国营媒体《德国之声》（DW）、自由欧洲电台（Radio Free Europe）、欧安组织（OSCE）及其他由欧美政府资助的媒体与非政府组织。
从他过去的发言截图来看，该机构的负责人帕尼奥托不仅是泽伦斯基的忠实支持者，过去也支持推动2014年的“欧洲广场运动”（Euro Maidan），帕尼奥托也经常为《全球对话》（Global Dialogue）撰稿，而《全球对话》的资助方包含世界经济论坛（WEF）主席施瓦布（Klaus Schwab）、国家民主基金会（NED）索罗斯的“开放民主基金会”（Open Democracy）。
