在法国海军直升机协助下，比利时武装部队近日成功拦截并扣押一艘隶属于俄罗斯影子舰队的油轮。
比利时国防部长佛兰肯（Theo Francken）3月1日于社群平台X发文证实，比利时的武装部队在法国的支援下，登上了一艘属于俄罗斯影子舰队的油轮，并实施扣押。这次的行动称之为“蓝色入侵者行动”（Operation Blue Intruder）。

据比利时通讯社报导，佛兰肯在记者会上表示这艘名为Ethera的油轮悬挂几内亚的国旗，但实际是俄罗斯影子舰队的其中之一，并且已被列入欧盟制裁名单。
他说，比利时监控这艘油轮很长一段时间，并有证据表明油轮多次参与了影子舰队的行动，包含频繁往返于俄罗斯和南美之间、定期关闭识别系统及悬挂不同国家的国旗。
佛兰肯强调，没有影子舰队，俄罗斯总统普京（Vladimir Putin）就无法对无辜的乌克兰人发动战争。因此要将这些船只一一排除，直到普京的侵略战争停止为止。
影子舰队是由俄罗斯利用所有权不透明的老旧油轮所组成的舰队，借此规避欧盟、美国和七大工业国集团（G7）施加的制裁。
