联合民族解放阵线（UNLF）又称曼尼普尔联合民族解放阵线，常年活跃于印度东北部曼尼普尔省，是一个分离运动组织，印度内政部长夏哈（Amit Shah）本周三（29）宣布，这古老的武装组织，稍早已经在新德里签署和平协议，并将很快“加入主流”意即不在追求武装独立，影片中也可以看到UNLF解除武装的画面。

据《印度时报》（Times of India）29日报导，夏哈赞许这一成就是“历史性里程碑”，也是莫迪（Narendra Modi）政府带头“努力不懈”之下成功在东北部省份建立永久和平。

夏哈在社群网络平台X上贴文表示：“UNLF今天在新德里签署了和平协议，这个曼尼普尔省最古老的山谷武装组织，已同意放弃暴力并加入主流。我欢迎他们加入民主进程，并祝他们一切顺利。他们走在在和平与进步的道路上，”
曼尼普尔省省长辛赫（Biren Singh）：“…今天与UNLF签署的和平协议标志着长达60年的武装运动结束。这是实现莫迪总理包容性发展愿景，并提供印度东北部的年轻人有更美好的未来，”并表示：“莫迪总理对东北部更加光明与和平的坚定支持和愿景使这一切成为可能。愿这项合作努力为曼尼普尔省和整个地区和谐繁荣的未来做出贡献。”

内政部表示，联合解放阵线“重返主流”也将鼓励其他山谷武装团体在适当的时候参与和平进程，其他武装组织例如曼尼普尔人民军(MPA)。就在几天前，曼尼普尔省省长辛赫表示，省政府正在与因帕尔山谷（Imphal Valley）里面一支叛乱组织举行会谈。他保证很快就会签署和平协议。
