肿瘤切除了，但是长肿瘤的内环境还是没有纠正过来，手术之后，肿瘤还可能复发。
头痛医头、脚痛医脚的对抗治疗（Allopathic Therapy）起到的作用往往只是解决症状。如果认为仅仅通过消除症状就已经解决了疾病的本身，这是错误的。一味针对症状来对抗的治疗思路，往往会让病情变得更加错综复杂，更不容易解决，会导致疑难杂症层出不穷。
当今，在现代西医充满对抗思想的治疗模式中，我们面临许多疾病难以痊愈的情况，人们普遍存在过敏、睡眠障碍、慢性疲劳、焦虑抑郁等现象，生活质量明显降低。
建立在达尔文思想上的现代医学治疗疾病的策略，只能治标，不能治本。而治本的方法则是应该解决产生疾病的根源问题。修复使疾病发生的根本问题，往往需要修复人体自身机能的失衡。
4.2.2令人担忧的西药毒副作用
在这对抗性治疗的思路指导下，西医开发出来的药物大多有毒副作用，又称为“药物不良反应”（Adverse Drug Reaction）。有些副作用相当于带来了新的疾病，有的甚至是致命的。外科手术、放射治疗、化学药物治疗，在获得表观症状改善的同时，经常制造新的健康问题。
在谈到药物毒副作用时，1957年至1962年间的“反应停”悲剧，就是令人无法忘记的一个沉痛的教训。反应停（沙利度胺，Thalidomide）1953年作为镇静药推出，后因被发现对妊娠反应的恶心、呕吐、厌食等症状具有显着疗效而用于治疗妊娠反应，在全球46个国家销售。⁵⁹¹
结果上市后不久，全球使用此药的孕妇生下超过10,000例有严重先天缺陷问题的畸形婴儿，涉及的身体部位十分广泛，包括四肢（phocomelia，俗称“海豹肢”）、脸部、眼睛、耳朵、心脏、胃肠道、肾脏和生殖器等；婴儿死亡率高达40%。
“反应停”事件过后，世界各国纷纷制定严格的药物不良反应申报程序。
痛定思痛，直到今天人们还在反思发生“反应停”悲剧的原因。后来，人们发现沙利度胺可以诱导DNA突变、影响软骨形成、产生神经及神经嵴毒性、抗血管新生等等。
其实，妊娠反应很可能是母亲怀孕之后身体出现的一种自然反应，不应该去对抗。一般至怀孕三个月后便会自行消失，不需要吃药也能自动痊愈；症状严重者可以用传统医学的方法调理。而有着对抗思路的西医偏要把它当作一个病去治疗，忽视了胎儿的安危。企图用药物消除妊娠反应，是人类再次挑战自然、逆传统而行的一个惨痛教训。
现如今，西药毒副作用严重。服药、打针引起的不良反应是在医院天天都可能见到的问题。
1998年《美国医学会杂志》的文章综合分析了1966到1996年的三十年时间内美国住院患者药物不良反应的发生率，结果发现住院患者中有6.7%出现严重药物不良反应，有0.32%因药物不良反应而死亡。按照这个比率来估计，美国每年住院患者中出现的严重不良反应超过221万例，估计超过十万六千人死亡⁵⁹²。美国FDA引用了原始研究的结果和估计的数字，并指出药物不良反应已成为一个重大的公共卫生问题⁵⁹³。
4.2.3疫苗的盲目开发和滥用
疫苗作为一种特殊的药品，主要用于预防而不是治疗疾病，主要受众是健康人群而不是病人，所以对疫苗的安全性监管应当比对普通药品更严格，在评估利弊风险时标准会更高。尤其是现代社会，每个人一生中都可能会被强制接种多次疫苗，所以，疫苗安全问题与每个人息息相关。
药物或疫苗被批准上市之前，需要做中长期毒性试验和1～3期临床实验，所以传统的疫苗从开发到上市，一般平均需要十年左右。而一些新开发出来的疫苗，比如新冠病毒疫苗，在缺乏足够监管的情况下，以闪电般的速度研发，不到一年的时间、中长期安全性未经过充分验证的情况下，就被急着推向全球几十亿人。
新冠疫苗未走完常规的开发流程就飞速上市，很多接种者出现严重不良反应甚至死亡的案例已经被报导出来。这种盲目开发疫苗的现象受到了人们的广泛批评。
截至2023年9月15日，仅美国疫苗不良事件通报系统（Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, VAERS）就收到人们自发报告的接种三种新冠疫苗的不良事件的数量达1,593,415例。这其中包括209,910例住院、36,231例死亡、38,449例危及生命、67,812例终身残疾、20,810例心脏病发作、27,522例心肌炎或心包炎、8,891例血小板减少和5,040例流产。这三种新冠疫苗分别是著名的辉瑞（Pfizer）疫苗、莫德纳（Moderna）疫苗和强生（Johnson&Johnson）疫苗。⁵⁹⁴
2023年3月，来自美国医学期刊《免疫炎症疾病》（Immunity, Inflammation and Disease）发表的论文，分析了COVID-19 mRNA疫苗接种后所报导的部分不良反应，包括17,636例心血管不良事件和284例死亡事件。这些心血管事件包括13,936例血栓形成、758例中风、511例心肌炎、377例心肌梗塞、301例肺栓塞和254例心律不齐。平均首次出现症状的时间点，是在疫苗接种后的4.8～5.6天。⁵⁹⁵
这是现代科技的过度发展给人类带来的悲剧。原本想“治病”，可是却“致病”，导致了更多的疾病。为什么会南辕北辙？这里面说明人类医疗技术发展的轨迹出现了方向性的错误。
4.2.4抗生素滥用现象日益严重
抗生素（antibiotic）又名抗菌素，是抑制细菌生长或杀死细菌的化学药物的总称。抗生素的滥用现象，也是在对抗性治疗思路指导下出现的一个严重问题。
抗生素的发明历史可追溯到1928年，苏格兰医生和微生物学家亚历山大‧弗莱明（Alexander Fleming,1881—1955）偶然观察到金黄色葡萄球菌生长受抑制的现象，于是进行研究，突破性地发现了青霉素（Penicillin，盘尼西林）对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用，从而开启了抗生素治疗的时代。⁵⁹⁶
青霉素是属于β-内酰胺类（beta-lactams）药物，β-内酰胺类药物一直是治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的一类重要抗生素。
而青霉素被发现不久，人们就发现一些金黄色葡萄球菌竟然对青霉素产生了抗药性。甚至在青霉素上市之前，一些金黄色葡萄球菌就拥有β-内酰胺酶，可以通过水解的作用使得β-内酰胺类药物失去药效。也就是说，一些金黄色葡萄球菌产生了抗药性（又称耐药性）。这种抗药性的基因（β-内酰胺酶基因）可以在细菌之间迅速传递。
在过去近八十年里，虽然科学家们一直在努力地研发出新的抗生素，包括头孢菌素、单菌素和更强大的碳青霉烯类的数百种抗生素陆续被开发和销售，但细菌对于新研发的抗生素产生新的抗药性的状况一直在重复发生，以致金黄色葡萄球菌能够对几乎所有这些抗生素都产生抗药性，也就出现了医学界臭名昭著的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus, MRSA）的菌株。⁵⁹⁷
这是一场人向细菌发起的持久战。新的抗生素才问世，不久就随之有了新的抗药菌株的出现。由于细菌变得更耐药，人们就发明更强的抗生素，接下来细菌的耐药性又“更上一层楼”，甚至出现“超级细菌”（Superbug）。到现在人们已经使用了至少五代抗生素，可是人类还没赢。
除了令人头痛的耐药菌株大批出现的现象之外，“滥杀无辜”的现象也同样令人担忧。人体大剂量长时间使用抗生素，常常把与人体共生的正常菌群一并消灭从而引起“菌群失调症”（Dysbiosis），可造成肠道炎症性疾病（Inflammatory bowel disease, IBD）、肠躁症（Irritable bowel syndrome, IBS）、糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病、中枢神经系统疾病或癌症等。⁵⁹⁸
2016年，根据美国疾病预防与控制中心（Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC）的数据，每年有超过200万人感染了抗生素耐药菌，超过23,000人死于这些感染⁵⁹⁹。
2019年CDC发布的《美国抗生素抗药性威胁报告》（Antibiotic Resistance Threats in the United States），强调了美国抗菌素抗药性的持续威胁，美国每年发生超过280万例抗生素抗药性感染，并导致超过35,000人死亡⁶⁰⁰。
《柳叶刀》2022年发布的论文指出，2019年全球至少有127万人死于抗生素耐药菌，并且与495万人的死亡有关。抗菌素抗药性是全球紧迫的公共卫生威胁。⁶⁰¹
世界卫生组织（World Health Organization, WHO）已经宣布，抗菌素抗药性是人类面临的十大全球公共卫生威胁之一。⁶⁰²
2019年美国医学院协会（Association of American Medical Colleges, AAMC）的报告说，利用抗生素与细菌抗衡的这场战争，人类正在走向失败。⁶⁰³
有多种因素加速了抗生素耐药的进程⁶⁰⁴：
1.细菌对抗生素产生抗药性的速度比人们研发新药的速度更快。
2.许多人在没有必要的情况下服用抗生素。例如大多数上呼吸道感染是由病毒引起的，患者无需使用抗生素，注意休息和增强免疫力就会好转。可是很多人感冒上医院，医生就用抗生素来治疗。
3.滥用抗生素的问题甚至已经波及到人类食品工业。如今，抗生素被最广泛地使用在农场中。
在畜牧业或养殖业中，为了增加动物（猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鱼等）的产量，人们经常在饲料中添加一些抗生素。抗生素可作为治疗动物疾病的药使用，但在饲料中添加抗生素并非药用，而是因为它可以使动物长出更多的肉，所以经常被过量地滥用。而这些抗生素的使用将导致抗药性病菌的出现，给牲畜和人带来危害。
给动物长期使用抗生素添加剂，会导致动物体内的耐药菌数目增长。如果动物生病，治疗时使用的抗生素剂量越大，残留在动物体内的抗生素也会越来越多。
这些耐药菌主要经由饲养动物的环境扩散到人类的生活环境，以及经由动物产业工作者的直接或间接接触甚至感染而影响到社区的民众。如果这些耐药菌转移到人的身上，当人生病时，医生使用抗生素的剂量也需要越来越大，病患也不容易被治好。
另外，如果烹饪食物的环节不能充分杀死细菌（例如半熟的牛排或生鱼片等），一些耐药菌也可能会转移到人的身上。但是因为大部分动物产品是会经过充分杀菌和烹饪的，所以这类传播途径并不常出现，因此，人们一定要吃充分煮熟的食物。
日益严重的抗生素耐药危机，凸显了进化论的对抗思路对西医整体治疗效果的负面影响。而没有受到进化假说影响的传统医学，讲究“治病必求其本”，则往往没有抗生素耐药问题。传统医学从根源上解决疾病的原因，帮助身体恢复正常、健康的功能。
传统文化中给人留下的生活方式、饮食习惯和行为准则，很多都是我们颐养天年、保养身体的好方法。可惜的是，这些大都被现代科学技术所影响的现代观念和行为方式所代替了。
4.3被忽略的精神健康和精神疾病
俗话说“七分精神三分病”。人的精神作为一种独特的物质，涵盖了思想、情绪、情感、性格、道德等许多方面。无数科学研究已经有力地证明，人的精神不仅存在，而且还无时无刻不在影响着人的身体健康。
大量的医学研究指出，人的性格特点、思想和行为，往往是影响人是否患病的关键因素。一个人如果能经常具有比较善良、诚实、宽容的心态，会增进身体的免疫力，促进身体健康。如果能经常思考人生的真正意义，树立积极向上、符合传统价值观的人生目标，也可以增强免疫力，并减少心血管疾病的发生率、病死率，有助于长寿。（详见第四章）
进化假说令医学研究忽视了人的精神，认为生命现象只是单纯的物质现象，甚至把人的思维、情感、记忆和心理活动都物化成神经细胞的放电反应或化学物质之间的反应，用这些物理和化学反应来解释记忆、情感与思想。
这种对精神的机械、物质化的片面认知，导致医学在疾病治疗中忽视对人精神的正确引导。在达尔文影响下的现代生物医学无法解决人的心理问题和精神疾病，包括精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症等都无法用药物根治。
正如第五章所提到的，一些患有长期焦虑症、恐惧症等精神疾病的案例，比如凯瑟琳的恐惧焦虑症、艾兰的恐高症和慢性剧痛、丹的愤怒情绪，在西医疗法无法治好的情况下，都在精神处于回溯前世的状态时找到诱发疾病的病因，才基本治愈。
这是因为他们这些症状产生的根本原因不在这一生一世，而是来源于前生。试问，达尔文的进化假说能解释这样的超越时空的疾病的病因吗？进化假说根本就不承认人的灵魂可以轮回转生。所以，现代西医在治疗这些疾病的时候几乎无计可施，这也是在意料之中。
像史蒂文森、韦斯等精神病学家用严谨的科学论证，提供了人的灵魂和转世轮回的证据。史蒂文森教授提供的数千多个具有前世记忆的儿童的案例，让任何一个有常识判断力、相信客观事实的人接受了人类存在轮回的事实。人的精神和灵魂作为一种客观存在的现象，同时又具有一些特殊的规律，并直接影响到人体的健康和疾病，有待现代西方医学进一步去探索和认识。
综上所述，人类所面临的各种科学领域问题的背后，可追溯到进化假说对科学的不良引导。达尔文就像打开了一个魔盒，释放出了进化假说，让人们一步步背离传统、丢失信仰，忽视了人的灵魂和道德，过分注重物质利益和技术进步，导致了人类的身体和思想的变异，给人类和环境制造了无尽的灾难。（待续）
